Research involvement began during residency through early exposure to health research methodology, which later evolved into completion of a Master’s degree following orthopedic surgery training. Current research interests focus on outcomes in spine surgery, identifying predictors of poor clinical outcomes, and developing strategies to mitigate complications and improve patient care in spinal disorders.

Interests: Degenerative disease of the spine, spinal deformity outcomes research
